Biography
Ashley Beaulieu practises corporate and commercial law with a focus on banking and corporate finance. Her experience includes acting for Canadian and international commercial banks and non-bank financial institutions, as well as corporate borrowers and issuers, in connection with senior and subordinated debt, asset-based facilities, syndicated financings, bridge loans, term lending, securitizations, debt capital markets transactions and other forms of debt financing.
Ashley joined our Toronto office as a summer student in 2019 and returned to complete her articles in 2020 and 2021. During her articling term, Ashley completed a secondment at the Royal Bank of Canada, where she gained valuable experience working on a variety of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining our office, Ashley worked at a leading Canadian insurance company after completing her graduate studies in medical sciences. In law school, Ashley was a senior editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and caseworker for Osgoode's Investor Protection Clinic.
